Notice is hereby given, as required by Rule 6.81(4) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), that a Meeting of Creditors is to take place.

The Meeting will be held at Mazars LLP, 3rd Floor, Britannia Warehouse, The Docks, Gloucester GL1 2EH on 14 February 2013 at 11.00 am .

The Meeting has been summoned by the Trustee for the purpose of establishing a creditors’ committee and if no committee is formed, fixing the basis of the Trustee’s remuneration and calculation of allocated disbursements.

Creditors who wish to vote at the meeting must ensure their proxies, and any hitherto unlodged proofs, are lodged at Mazars LLP, 3rd Floor, Britannia Warehouse, The Docks, Gloucester GL1 2EH by no later than 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the Meeting.
