Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 30 November 2012, Karrey Michelle Dennett, of 40 Bailey Crescent, Poole, Dorset BH15 3HA, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Matthew James Dennett, who is a child and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Matthew Dennett and assumed the name of Matthew James Dennett.
