We, Andrew Fawcett, The Tulip Inn York-Burn Hall, Tollerton Road, Huby, York YO61 1JB and Colin Robson, 4 Laughton Road, Beverley HU17 9JR, hereby give notice that in not less than 2 months after publication of this notice we intend to make application to Hambleton District Council for a licence to operate a proposed Zoo at, The Tulip Inn York-Burn Hall Hotel, Tollerton Road, Huby, York, North Yorkshire YO61 1JB . A written notice of intention to make application for a Zoo licence, given details about the proposed Zoo, has been sent to the said Council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at the office of the Council at Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton, North Yorkshire DL6 2UU, between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm .
