NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in pursuance of section 19(1) of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 and Section 35(1)(b) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 that by the Cors Geirch National Nature Reserve No.2 Declaration (Wales) 2013 made on the Twenty-second day of March 2013 the Countryside Council for Wales declared that the land containing 107.71 hectares (266.15 acres) or thereabouts situated in the Communities of Nefyn, Buan and Llannor in the County of Gwynedd and shown edged red on the attached plan has been acquired and is being held by the Council and that the said land is being managed as a National Nature Reserve.

Certified copies of the said Declaration with plan attached have been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the Office of Gwynedd Council, Council Offices, Shirehall Street, Caernarfon, Gwynedd, LL55 1SH from Monday to Friday inclusive during normal office hours.

Certified copies may also be inspected at the office of the Countryside Council for Wales, North Region, Plas Penrhos, Penrhos Road, Bangor, Gwynedd LL57 2BX and at the Headquarters of the Countryside Council for Wales at Maes-y-Ffynnon, Penrhosgarnedd, Bangor, Gwynedd LL57 2DW from Monday to Friday inclusive during normal office hours.
