NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in pursuance of section 19(1) of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 and Section 35(1)(b) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 that by the Cors Bodeilio National Nature Reserve No.3 Declaration (Wales) 2013 made on the Twenty-second day of March 2013 the Countryside Council for Wales declared that the land containing 2.25 hectares (5.56 acres) or thereabouts situated in the Community of Llanddyfnan in the County of the Isle of Anglesey and shown edged red on the attached plan has been acquired and is being held by the Council and that the said land is being managed as a National Nature Reserve.

Certified copies of the said Declaration with plan attached have been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the Office of Isle of Anglesey County Council, Council Offices, Llangefni, Anglesey, LL77 7TW from Monday to Friday inclusive during normal office hours.

Certified copies may also be inspected at the office of the Countryside Council for Wales, North Region, Plas Penrhos, Penrhos Road, Bangor, Gwynedd LL57 2BX and at the Headquarters of the Countryside Council for Wales at Maes-y-Ffynnon, Penrhosgarnedd, Bangor, Gwynedd LL57 2DW from Monday to Friday inclusive during normal office hours.
