Resolutions proposed at the Meeting will include a Resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated. A Creditor entitled to vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy holder to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy holder need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
