Notice is hereby given that Shepshed Building Society, Register No. 514B, whose principal office is at 7 Bull Ring, Shepshed, Loughborough, Leicestershire LE12 9QD, desires to transfer its engagements to Nottingham Building Society, Register No. 411B, and that each society has applied to the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) to confirm the transfer.

Notice is hereby given that Nottingham Building Society, Register No. 441B, whose principal office is at Nottingham House, 3 Fulforth Street, Nottingham NG1 3DL, desires to accept a transfer of the engagements of Shepshed Building Society, Register No. 514B, and that each society has applied to the PRA to confirm the transfer.

Any interested party may make written representations to the PRA and/or give notice of intention to make oral representations to the PRA with respect to the application. Written representations or notices of a person’s intention to make oral representations at a hearing should be received by the Prudential Regulation Authority, Banks and Mutuals Department, 3rd Floor, 20 Moorgate, London EC2R 6DA marked “Shepshed/Nottingham” or by email to shepshedbsrepresentations@bankofengland.co.uk on or before 20 May 2013. If notice is given of oral representations these will be heard by the PRA on 3 June 2013, at a time and place to be determined by the PRA.
