On 19 March 2013 Spice Rack Limited, trading as Saffron Red went into liquidation. Red Ginger Limited (Company Number: 08284884) hereby gives notice that it intends to trade as Saffron Red, being a similar name of Spice Rack Limited T/A Saffron Red and a prohibited name pursuant to section 216 of the Insolvency Act 1986. Mr Ashraf Rahman of 144 Chase Road, Southgate, London, N14 4LG gives notice to all Creditors of Spice Rack Limited that he was a Director and involved in the management of Spice Rack Limited during the 12 months ending with the day before it went into liquidation and he is intending to act in one or more of the ways to which section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 applies in connection with, or for the purposes of, the carrying out of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of Spice Rack Limited on the day it went into liquidation through Red Ginger Limited t/a Saffron Red.
