BLOCK TRANSFER ORDER
Notice is hereby given of the effect of a Block Transfer Order of the High Court of Justice dated 8 March 2013.
1. Nicholas John Miller (IP No. 7899) (“Mr Miller”) was removed as office holder in respect of all the cases specified in the Schedule hereto with effect from 1 May 2013.
2. Ian Robert (IP No. 8706), of Kingston Smith & Partners LLP, Devonshire House, 60 Goswell Road, London EC1M 7AD, was appointed as an office holder in respect of all the cases specified in the Part 1 and Part 2 of the Schedule hereto (save for the cases specified in paragraph 3 of this notice) in place of Mr Miller with effect from 1 May 2013.
3. Ian Mark Defty (IP No. 9245), of Kingston Smith and Partners LLP, 105 St Peters Street, St Albans AL1 3EJ, was appointed as an office holder in place of Mr Miller with effect from 1 May 2013 in the cases of Eaitisham Ahmed (High Court Case Number 973 of 2007) and Sami Muduroglu (Croydon County Court Case No 1008 of 2011).
