Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 10 December 2012, and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 27 March 2013, Carol Ann Southgate, of 92 Roestock Lane, Colney Heath, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL4 0QN, Divorced/Civil Partnership dissolved and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Carol Ann Gittings and assumed the name of Carol Ann Southgate.
