NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF AN INSOLVENT COMPANY OF THE RE-USE OF A PROHIBITED NAME

On 25 April 2013 the company was placed into insolvent liquidation.

We, Stephen Thompson of 14 Reservoir Court, Calverley, Leeds LS28 5GP and Shirley Simpson of 16 Broadlands Avenue, Pudsey, Leeds LS28 9GB were directors of the above named company during the 12 months ending with the day before it went into liquidation.

We give notice that it is our intention to act in one or more ways specified in Legislation section: section 216(3) of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 in connection with, or for the purposes of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the insolvent company, in a company or companies, using the name “114 The Arch” in their title or trading as “114 The Arch”.
