Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the final meeting of the creditors of the above named Company will be held at Imperial House, 18-21 Kings Park Road, Southampton, SO15 2AT on 12 September 2013 at 11.15am for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and also determining whether the Liquidators should be granted their release from office.
