THE NIELSEN & BAINBRIDGE DEFINED BENEFIT SCHEME 15824

“The Scheme”

Notice is hereby given pursuant to S.27 of the Trustee Act 1925, to all parties who are or were members of The Nielsen & Bainbridge Defined Benefits Scheme 15824 that the Scheme which commenced winding up with effect from 31 May 2002 has qualified for entry into the Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) and therefore the Scheme’s assets will transfer to the FAS in the near future.

A notice has been sent to members and it is believed that all members of the Scheme and their benefits under it have been identified. Any person claiming a beneficial interest in the Scheme who has not been contacted in respect of the Scheme is hereby required to send particulars in writing of their claim or interest or beneficial interest including full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number, dates of entry into membership of the Scheme to: Margaret Broom, HR Trustees, Xafinity House, 42/52 Greyfriars Road, Reading, Berkshire RG1 1NN so as to reach that address within two months of the date of publication of this notice.
