Frogmore Real Estate Partners III, L.P.

Notice is hereby given that the entire interest of FREP GP Invest Limited held in respect of its position as a limited partner of Frogmore Real Estate Partners III, L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with registered number LP015677, was transferred by a deed of transfer dated 4 September 2013 to Teamcar 3 (S) L.P. whose registered office is at 15 Golden Square, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire AB10 1WF, in its capacity as a new limited partner of the Partnership.

Principal place of business of the Partnership: 11-15 Wigmore Street, London W1A 2JZ.
