Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Order of His Honour Judge Mark Raeside QC in the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Leeds District Registry, Number 1426 of 2013 dated 22 November 2013 (“the Order”), Christopher John Brown (IP Number 8973), or Emma Louise Legdon (IP Number 10754) both of Hart Shaw LLP, Europa Link, Sheffield Business Park, Sheffield, S9 1XU are appointed as office holders as of 22 November 2013, as detailed below, in place of Andrew Johnson Maybery, previously of Hart Shaw LLP, Europa Link, Sheffield Business Park, Sheffield, S9 1XU.

Andrew Johnson Maybery was released as joint office holder with Christopher John Brown continuing as sole office holder in the following cases:-

That the creditors in each of the cases listed above be notified of the Order by this notice and at the time of the next creditor report or routine report for each case.

That the creditors of each estate listed above have the right to apply to vary or discharge the Order by an application issued within 21 days of receipt of the notice of the Order sent in the next creditor report or routine report.

That the costs of making the block transfer application (including VAT) be aggregated and apportioned equally between the above estates provided that (1) if the costs which fall to be borne by any of the above estates exceeds 10% of the realisable assets within that estate, (2) that estate shall only bear part of those apportioned costs, that part being an amount equal to 10% of that estate’s readily realisable assets, and (3) the excess shall be apportioned and borne rateably amongst the other estates in proportion to their realisable assets.

That the costs of this notice be apportioned between those estates listed above that have sufficient funds to discharge the costs of this notice in full equally.

Under the terms of the Order, Andrew Johnson Maybery shall be granted his release as appropriate 21 days after the date of publication of this notice.
