On 14 November 2013 the above-named company went into insolvent liquidation.

I, Mr Ashley Lawrence of 7 Portland Apartments, 161 Gideon Road, Clapham, SW11 4ER was a director of the above-named company during the 12 months ending with the day before it went into Liquidation.
