Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 30 September 2013 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 16 December 2013, as Mrs Julia Draper and Mr Steven James Draper persons having parental responsibility, the applicants are British Citizens on behalf of Zoya Sofia Draper who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Zoe Sofia Draper and assumed the name of Zoya Sofia Draper.
