2. “That Peter O’Hara (IP no 6371) and Simon Weir (IP no 9099) of O’Hara & Co, Wesley House, Huddersfield Road, Birstall, Batley, WF17 9EJ, be and are hereby appointed Office holder capacity: Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up”.
