The Queen has been pleased by Letters Patent under the Great Seal of the Realm, dated 24 February 2014, to appoint Sir Philip James Sales, Knight, to be a Member and the Vice-President, and Dame Sue Lascelles Carr, D.B.E., to be a Member of the Investigatory Powers Tribunal until 23 February 2019, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000.
