- 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under the powers granted by sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
- 2 The general effect of the above proposed Parking Places Zones U, S and Z Orders would be to further amend each of their parent orders in so far that parking places would be amended and/or introduced and/or revoked in certain lengths of Bagley’s Lane, Fulmead Street, Broughton Road, Dorncliffe Road, Elysium Street, Buer Road, Tyrawley Road, Harwood Road and Musgrave Crescent.
- 3 The general effect of the Hammersmith and Fulham (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. **) Orders 20** would be to further amend the Hammersmith and Fulham (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Consolidation) Order 2009 so that waiting and/or loading restrictions would be amended and/or introduced and/or revoked in Controlled Parking Zone U, in certain lengths of Ashington Road, Bettridge Road, Burlington Road, Cortayne Road, Cristowe Road, Dolby Road, Edenhurst Avenue, Elysium Street, Ewald Road, Foskett Road, Fulham High Street, Fulham Palace Road, Fulham Road, Grimston Road, Hurlingham Gardens, Hurlingham Road, Napier Avenue, New King’s Road, Ranelagh Avenue, Ranelagh Gardens and Rigault Road, and in Controlled Parking Zone S in certain lengths of Acfold Road, Avalon Road, Bagley’s Lane, Blake Gardens, Bovingdon Road, Britannia Road, Cambria Street, Cresford Road, Dan Leno Walk, Edith Row, Emden Street, Fulham Road, Gwyn Close, Harwood Road, Harwood Terrace, Holmead Road, Imperial Road, Imperial Square, Kempson Road, King’s Road, Maxwell Road, Maynard Close, Michael Road, Moore Park Road, Musgrave Crescent, New King’s Road, Pearscroft Road, Peterborough Villas, Rewell Street, Rumbold Road, Sands End Lane, Tyrawley Road, Wandon Road, Waterford Road, and in Controlled Parking Zone Z in certain lengths of Althea Street, Bagley’s Lane, Broughton Road, Broughton Road Approach, Byam Street, Charlow Close, Cranbury Road, De Morgan Road, Edenvale Street, Elbe Street, Elswick Street, Fulmead Street, Furness Road, Gilstead Road, Glenrosa Street, Hamble Street, Hazlebury Road, Imperial Road, Kilkie Street, Langford Road, Lindrop Street, Marinefield Road, Oakbury Road, Pearscroft Court, Pearscroft Road, Querrin Street, Rosebury Road, Snowbury Road, Stephendale Road, Townmead Road, Tunemouth Street, Watermeadow Lane and William Morris Way.
- 4 A copy of the proposed Orders, the Councils statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders and documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposed Orders, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of 6 weeks beginning with the date on which the Orders are made, or as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders.
- 5 Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders or make other representations should send a statement in writing to the following address:

until the expiration of 21 days from the date on which the notice is published.
